ASHVILLE CRACKDOWN ON DRUGS A GOOD IDEA

The city of Asheville is to be commended for seeing the importance of 
seriously cracking down on drugs. Arresting is one thing. Then what? 
Without a program to rehabilitate and help them kick their habit, 
surely the majority will be recidivists one day.
