TRAIN HEADING SOUTH WITH CASH

Over the lifetime of the drug war, we have given U.S. law enforcement
more than $1 trillion to stop the flow of drugs. And over that same
time frame terrorists, dangerous cartels and violent gangs have
received more than $10 trillion to continue the flow.

How can we possibly believe that this basically feeble amount will
work to circumvent drug sellers when they make $10 for every $1 we
spend trying to stop them?

The money that has been frittered away on this drug war would fill a
string of boxcars nine miles long stuffed with hundred dollar bills.
How much more?
