EDITORIAL OFF BASE

While One Cannot Blame The RCMP For Enforcing Laws, One Can Blame
Them For Enforcing Laws Unequally.

The rule of law requires that none are above the law, even the sick
and dying; so the RCMP, by rights, should be hanging out at the
chemotherapy clinic so they can arrest and jail those that use
marijuana to counteract the side effects of chemotherapy.

It is highly doubtful that those diagnosed with cancer and receiving
early treatment have MMAR exemptions, for an exemption can take up to
one and a half years to get.

Therefore, the majority of those people are using marihuana illegally
and, according to law, deserve to be in jail.
