The court cited jury misconduct in overturning Ed Rosenthal's 2003 conviction, but it otherwise upheld federal powers to charge marijuana growers. Rosenthal had been given a one-day prison sentence for cultivating hundreds of marijuana plants for a city of Oakland medical marijuana program. - --- MAP posted-by: Richard Lake
