TRAMPLING CIVIL RIGHTS

It's a sad time when people in our community need to be more afraid 
of our police chief than some of the criminals he's arresting. What 
has happened to right and wrong? Innocent until proven guilty? And 
why haven't any of our elected officials spoken up to defend the 
rights of those of us who elected them?

Apparently basic civil rights don't play in Peoria.
