LEGAL TEAM SEARCH FOR LSD SOLDIER

A SCOTS soldier fed LSD in spymasters' mind control tests is in line
for UKP 10,000 compensation.

But no one knows where to find Logan Marr, who would now be in his
70s.

Three ex-servicemen who took part in what they believed were tests on
the common cold in the 1950s were awarded out-of-court payouts last
week.

But they were given the hallucogenic, which MI6 hoped could be used as
a truth drug.

Now the hunt is on to find Logan and get him a payout for his
ordeal.

One of the veterans, Don Webb, now 71, said: "Logan was about the same
age as me and was an aerodrome fireman.

"He was tall, with dark hair and blue eyes and a Western Isles
accent.

"He could have worked on a farm but I think he was a
shepherd."

Alan Care, the lawyer who represented the men, said: "I have been
trying to trace Logan Marr with no joy. I will be happy to represent
him and get him justice and a cheque for what he went through."

If you know Logan Marr, contact the Sunday Mail on 0141-309
3232.
