FATAL SHOOTING VICTIM IDENTIFIED

Patrick Lavoie one of three men shot near Greenfield

Greenfield - Police released the identity of the man who was shot
during a triple shooting at a marijuana grow-operation in Greenfield on Friday.

Patrick Lavoie, 33, was shot and killed in a triple shooting in
Greenfield, near Maxville, that left two others in serious condition
at an Ottawa hospital. Lavoie is from Montreal.

Police originally stated he was 32 years old.

The two other victims are still considered to be in serious
condition, OPP Sgt. Kristine Rae said.

The two Quebec men charged after the shootings took place appeared in
Cornwall court Monday for a bail hearing.

[Name redacted], 21, of Montreal, who is charged with possession for
the purpose of trafficking and production of marijuana, appeared
first in court, his feet shackled as he shuffled into the room.

[Name redacted], a barrel-chested white male of medium build, sported
a short Mohawk and only spoke in French. [Name redacted], 31, of
Rigaud, Que., is also charged with possession of a prohibited firearm
and possession of a prohibited device.

One of the conditions is that the two men cannot have contact with

on the bail hearing, which prevents the media from reporting on any
