RICE PLAYS THE CHILDREN CARD

Law Enforcement does have the right to enforce the law. Citizens also
have the right to change unjust laws. Mr. Rice, the police officer, is
playing the children card just like all prohibitionists do.

Rice might like to talk to a member of LEAP - Law Enforcement Against
Prohibition - such as Jack Cole, a retired detective lieutenant of the
New Jersey State Police. LEAP will send an education specialist to
speak to any group. LEAP members are passionate in their belief that
the drug war is steeped in racism, needlessly destroys lives, and that
it is corrupting our police.
