$4.1M OF MARIJUANA FOUND IN LIME LOAD

Agents with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Patrol found more
than $4.1 million of marijuana concealed in a cargo of limes
Wednesday at the Falfurrias Border Patrol checkpoint.

The 5,170 pounds of narcotics were found inside a tractor-trailer
after a specially trained dog alerted agents to the front of the
trailer, according to border patrol officials.

Two people, the driver and passnger , were arrested and the case was
turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration in Corpus Christi,
said border patrol officials.
