COULD UNDERCOVER BUST HAVE SAVED LIFE?

To the editor:

Very interesting column on under cover cops ( in the Feb.  6 edition of The Courier ).

What really interests me is how a 40-something editor can still be mad about something that happened in high school.

Last year in Connecticut a beautiful girl, fine student, well liked and respected was at a party and took some "ecstasy." .  .  .  She died.

I wonder if her parents would have approved if a teacher or undercover cops had broken up a school drug problem?
