METH MONEY WON'T SUFFICE

The premier's public relations journey to the annual Union of B.C.
Municipalities Convention was so full of hype and spin it was sickening.

With his blessings the province is giving a measly $7 million to urban B.C.
to fight the battle against the dreadful drug crystal meth.

This money is to be used to stop the production and help rehabilitate the
many victims we have now have - and those ahead.

But nowhere did he mention what the province itself is going to do about
rural B.C., where I would think a good proportion of the meth and other
drugs originate from.

But like a bunch of sheep, for this the premier gets a standing ovation from
the delegates. Standing ovation for what?
