THIS WEEK'S WINNERS AND LOSERS

Loser: Marijuana is less dangerous than many drugs; alcohol may take
a greater toll on society. But that doesn't mean marijuana should be
legal. Oregon is among seven states where the Marijuana Policy
Project will strive to have weed put on the same legal ground as booze.
