Kyle Tackett, 32, was arrested Saturday after the police responded to his call that a 17-year-old male had been assaulted after arriving at his property in Virgie. Police found the boy in the road. After entering Tacket's house, police said they saw marijuana and other drugs. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a hallucinogen; endangering the welfare of a minor; possession of marijuana; and unlawful transaction with a minor.
