Chief Savage and Sheriff Mascara seem like they have some kind of
vendetta against the young people. Seems like they are targeting all
the black people in the community. Are we prisoners in our own
community? You never see them harassing white people like they harass
black people over here, stopping them in their cars for no probable
cause. I was talking to Commissioner "Butch" Alexander just the other
day and he told me that as long as the people do not speak out and
file a complaint, this would continue to happen.

Fort Pierce is a black majority town and in my opinion blacks should
run it. There should be more than two black commissioners, and at
least two Spanish.

The jails are full. All the judges go over the guidelines. There
should be some kind of mutual respect between the officers and the
community. And there should be some communication with the officer in
the community. I don't understand what's going on. What is happening
seems like hate. Hate is in the heart of mankind against mankind. I
thought we were living in the 21st century where I thought mankind
would not look at a man's color but at his character. But I see time
hasn't changed anything. This much hate and prejudice is still going
on in these times.

Wherever there is poverty there will always be drugs. America's
economy is keeping afloat because the government is depending on the
multi-billion-dollar drug business that's coming into America. Let me
give you a prime example. Back in 1920, the Chinese government sold
drugs to their own people to keep their economy afloat. England gave
heroin to the users to keep the chaos down. Sweden, I remember seeing
on "60 Minutes" where they have a place where all the drug users go
and use drugs and there was one guy that was asked, "Why do you use
drugs?" And the guy replied, "I am a grown man and I take care of my
own habit."

I say that to say this American, God is going to take his hands from
around you and is going to let you fall because you are not treating
the people right. I will not be satisfied until all mankind achieves
total equality, no matter what color, race or nationality they are.
