Emery did not break any Canadian laws, he broke U.S. laws. And, as much as I hate to admit it, the DEA has every right to attempt to extradite someone from Canada who broke an American law. If Emery only sold his products in Canada, then he would have nothing to worry about. It was his choice to sell the seeds in the U.S. that has brought him this attention.
