Marijuana Party will be in British Columbia's Supreme Court on Tuesday, charged with selling marijuana seeds by mail order to the United States. Marijuana party President Marc Emery and his employees Michelle Rainey and Gregory Williams were arrested on Friday at the request of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency. American officials are seeking Emery's extradition, which could take six months to a year. The warrant on Friday alleged a conspiracy to produce marijuana and distribute seeds, as well as alleging money laundering.
