RESTRICTING LIBERTY
To the Editor:
I'm writing about David Duley's letter: "Protect our children" July 8, 2005.
Perhaps in addition to drug testing students, the school board should
install hidden cameras in all hallways, locker rooms and rest rooms. In
addition, perhaps all students, teachers, school board members and parents
should be subject to full body searches, including, of course, body cavity
searches.
That's what they do at all our high-security prisons. And we all know how
completely drug-free all our prisons and jails are. Obviously, only those
guilty of using or selling illegal drugs will object.
