PROTECT OUR CHILDREN
To the Editor:
I have read the article in the paper on June 29, 2005, that Paris
Independent School drug testing policy for school sponsored
competitive extracurricular activities to be placed in a poll for
random drug testing.
The congress said that drug testing needs to be done to protect our
children, but PISD is wanting to do random drug testing because of
money problems. They need to find a way to test every kid in
extracurricular activities.
The Detroit School District tested every child that plays
extracurricular activities. We need to stand up and make sure we are
doing something to protect our children. It seems like Paul Trull and
the school board do not want to protect their kids.
