Regarding "Interstate buy ways; Meth cooks head for the border" (Our Views, 
Jan. 4): You are mistaken in saying state policy "appears instrumental in 
reducing the meth problem here in Oklahoma." Meth is still readily 
available, imported from other states or Mexico. The meth prohibition in 
Oklahoma and elsewhere continues to be a failure. Drug prohibition reduces 
public safety. Will we ever be as wise as our grandparents and end the New 
Prohibition?
