GENETICS DETERMINE 'BUD' THC LEVEL

Editor: I love how the government can't even tell the truth about their own
"cannabis" THC level, but we are supposed to accept their "view" that B.C.
Bud marijuana has a high THC level.

This case (The Times, June 25) should have been thrown out the minute
they mentioned "high potency B.C. Bud." There is no such thing. It's
all genetics. It's not the soil, nor the province it's grown in that
determines THC levels.

This whole trial is a farce. It ignores all hard science, it's all
hearsay and conjecture.

It's amazing it's gone on this long. I've read up a lot on the law and
I believe authorities have violated more laws than the "alleged
perpetrator".

Sad, sad, sad. But it's typical of the current judicial system we
have, which ignores most science.
