I think spending our limited tax dollars to arrest people for marijuana 
possession is a fine idea. I don't care how many children have to go 
without textbooks. State troopers will just have to live without a pay 
raise, and taxes will have to be increased to pay for more prisons.

Intolerance is how we know we are good people. Otherwise, we are just 
promoting personal responsibility and making people accountable for their 
own poor decisions. We certainly can't have that.

When the state of Maine started writing tickets instead of arresting 
people, enforcing the marijuana laws started generating revenue rather than 
expense. How much sense does that make?
