CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY

Re: Cops raid pot house (Tammy Marlowe, Feb. 29).

Having police officers hound people for what they choose to ingest into
their own bodies (and those who supply them) is every bit as morally
reprehensible as hounding people for the race they belong to or the religion
they follow. Like Canada's incarceration of Canadians of Japanese descent
and Hitler's policies towards the Jews, drug prohibition is a crime against
humanity.

Any editor who publishes a description of these events that excludes any
input from those like me who oppose the law being enforced surely makes that
editor a co-conspirator in these heinous crimes.
