I SHUDDER TO THINK

It is so nice to see that Liberal Monte Kwinter plans to empower
Ontario Hydro to be judge and jury when it comes to dealing with
"suspected" marijuana grow-ops. I shudder to think how little it would
take to have Hydro shut off someone's power "without notice, because
we think you're doing something illegal." Having a dispute with a
neighbour? Call Hydro. Joe McCarthy would love it.
