'VANSTERDAM' REVISITED

Susan Martinuk offers nothing but her usual "pot is bad" mantra.

I would like to point out that unlike Vancouver cop and filmmaker Al
Arsenault, who thinks marijuana is addictive, another member of
Vancouver Police's Odd Squad documentary crew, Walter McKay, ardently
supports ending drug prohibition. McKay sees the larger picture,
unlike Arsenault and other police who see legal pot as an end to overtime.

McKay, a member of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition, joined
Vancouver Mayor Larry Campbell earlier this year in calling for the
end to cannabis prohibition.

Martinuk should be less selective in her sources if she wishes to
convince anyone of her position.

Education and Health Centre, Ottawa.
