WOULD YOU BUY DRUGS FROM A STRANGER?

If you're sick or in chronic pain, Warren Eugene has some good weed
for you.

Eugene is the president of Amigula, a publicly traded scam that wants
to sell medicinal marijuana to ailing Canadians. Health Canada lets
the sick smoke dope even as it bans companies from selling it (it
prefers to do that itself, notwithstanding the lousy quality of the
ganja) but that doesn't stop Eugene from claiming his company is on
the brink of enormous profitability (current revenues: $0).

This is not to suggest that Amigula, borne of a reverse takeover and
traded on the most junior -- and least regulated -- of U.S. stock
markets, is in any way a fly-by-night outfit. Readers shouldn't
misconstrue the fact that Eugene, a Canadian by birth but a
passport-carrying citizen of the Bahamas, has headquartered his
company in Toronto's Grand Hotel. Nor that he made his alleged wealth
pit bossing an Internet casino. He's putting, so he says, $5 million
of his own loot into the Mary Jane project, and wants investors to
ante up another $7 million. Analysts at Frankland Capital estimate
he'd accept a lot more than that, if he can get it.

Don't take our word for it though. Here's the man in his own
words:

Amigula press release: "Amigula has met on two separate occasions with
Montel Williams and his associates. Mr. Williams is a world class,
celebrated author, philanthropist, TV personality and
inspirationalist. He is a remarkable being. I was honored and
privileged to have been able to meet Montel Williams and listen and
learn from him. I would love to work with him. I invited him to join
us and champion the cause and to co-found and develop the company with
me."

Quotes: "The stock can go sky-high. If Sam Bromfman were alive today, he may
very well be lobbying the government for bonded cannabis warehouses."

"If marijuana works, I am going to go with opium next."

Eugene says he doesn't smoke pot himself, but the speculation is that
he sniffs glue.
