WHO WILL JOIN THE FORCE?

I can understand the frustrations these officers must feel when
confronted with known criminals using legal loopholes to get arrested
one day and walk right back out the door the next. Officers must feel
they are fighting a losing battle.

Pretty soon, people that join the force to actually help the public
and make a difference aren't going to feel it's worth it, and then
where will we be?
