COMPLAINT JUSTIFIED, BUT VANDALISM NOT

As an owner in the Meadow Creek Villas Phase II condos, I would like
to commend the owner who reported the toxic smell last Sunday morning.

I feel the party was correct for reporting something that may have
been a very serious situation for the entire building and this area of
Frisco.

But I must say the police acted in a very improper way when they felt
it necessary to trash Katie and Josh's apartment, especially after
they had watched them leave to go to breakfast and detained them at
the Claimjumper restaurant.

The damage caused to their unit was entirely unnecessary. I do
understand the necessity for the search, but not for the vandalism. I
would like to see a formal apology made to Katie and Josh and to the
owner that reported the incident.

Again, my thanks to the owner who thought of the safety for the rest
of the building, but I am very distraught about the ill feelings that
have been caused by this action.
