NO PERMANENT DAMAGE

I'm responding to Frank G. Sterle Jr's May 28 letter where he states he and
his friends have permanent damage to their bodies and minds from the use of
marijuana. All the studies I have read state no permanent damage occurs
from the use of marijuana. In the 3,000 years it's been used, not one death
has ever been recorded from its consumption. I have had friends ruin their
lives and die from the effects of alcohol, but not marijuana.
