2-TIER SYSTEM EXISTS FOR DRUG OFFENDERS

GREEN BAY - I am deeply troubled by all the Rush Limbaugh supporters coming 
out and accusing liberals of hypocrisy. The anger coming from the left is 
not toward Rush personally.

Recovering from any type of addiction is a long and painful road. I wish 
Rush success with his struggle, as does any compassionate person. The anger 
comes from the fact that Rush will receive the best medical, psychological 
and legal treatment available, while the rank and file in the same 
situation would just be summarily processed through the system.

It's this two-tier system of treatment and justice that has the liberals 
rankled, not Rush personally.
