NEIGHBORS WILL BE TOUGH ON DRUGS

We've lived in Snohomish County for over 30 years, experienced a
methamphetamine house, reside in a nice neighborhood and now find several
other drug houses are blocks away.

Due to extremely poor politics and government leadership, drug criminals
have been allowed to set up shop and terrorize communities, resulting in
disastrous citizen public safety. Officials have turned a blind eye by not
funding adequate police protection, prosecution or jail time. As a result
of inconsistent practices and laws, many criminals are back on the streets
in hours. Innocent citizens have died and many have been mentally maimed by
methamphetamine for life. Identity theft, caused by these addicts and used
to gain access to our resources, is plaguing everyone and costing millions
annually.

Thanks to past politicians, their unfriendly business climate has forced
small businesses out and big business like Boeing to continue layoffs. As a
result, Snohomish County has high unemployment and Washington State has one
of the highest rates in the nation.

A fresh, new candidate named Betty Neighbors has stepped into the arena.
She has worked with Citizens for a Safe Snohomish County, pinpointing many
ills in our government and finding solutions. If elected as county
executive, Betty has vowed to help stop Snohomish County's immense drug
epidemic, fix law and justice problems, restructure government and get our
county working again.

She is a non-politician with over 20 years of successful business
experience who is against Sound Transit (Dave Earling's pet) because it is
a huge waste of taxes and it does nothing to fix Snohomish County traffic.

Betty is pro business and will get Snohomish County back on track by
streamlining interaction with business, helping our county become an
advocate for jobs and working to encourage economic growth.

Betty Neighbors is the most qualified candidate who will utilize every tax
dollar for simple, cost-effective solutions, as Snohomish County's next
executive.
