STUDIES SHOW D.A.R.E. PROGRAM IS A FAILURE

If DARE has been taught to 300 kids and it only helps one
child, then it is a monumental failure, like the present case, when
youthful drug use is as big as ever.

We should not be teaching our children that this is acceptable math.
With those odds, Vegas would be a ghost town.

Nancy Phillis fails to mention that studies done on DARE (Drug Abuse
Resistance Education), including government studies, show the program
is a failure. Money used for DARE should be applied toward programs
that work.

Biblically, medically and recreationally, many citizens use cannabis
(marijuana) responsibly and are tired of various forms of government
discrimination and deceit directed toward them. DARE is part of that
discrimination, and is one of the reasons why it will continue to
fail. North American citizens are united in ending the practice of
caging humans for using cannabis, the United States federal government
and DARE, is not.
