HIGH COURT RIGHT ON PUBLIC HOUSING

It seems The Journal Gazette doesn't like the U.S. Supreme Court ruling
that says that while my tax money must go to give poor women access to
low-cost public housing it does not require me to pay for her drug-using
boyfriend. It seems The Journal Gazette doesn't want America's courts
ruling on what is the law. It would rather the courts legislate to get the
results that so many liberals want. Granted, a good many courts do. Still,
that is not the way it was meant to be.

I can see how Judge Charles Pickering should be honored that The Journal
Gazettes doesn't like his past rulings.
