It seems The Journal Gazette doesn't want America's courts ruling on what is the law. It would rather the courts legislate to get the results that so many liberals want. Granted, a good many courts do. Still, that is not the way it was meant to be. I can see how Judge Charles Pickering should be honored that The Journal Gazettes doesn't like his past rulings.
