MEDICAL MARIJUANA

It's official: Another year has come and gone with no resolution
toward solving the ailments of those in need of medical marijuana. On
March 14, the only chance that medical marijuana patients had was shot
down when Assembly Bill 715 died in the committee on criminal justice
without a hearing or a vote.

Politicians will continuously seek out the arrest and prosecution of
those who use medical marijuana in Wisconsin. Those that fear
prosecution and being labeled as criminals and drug dealers will only
continue to suffer.

We, as the citizens of Wisconsin, need to stand up and send a strong
message to our politicians that we will no longer stand to see our tax
dollars wasted in the aid of arresting and jailing medical marijuana
users. Furthermore, we will not go another year without the immediate
passing of a medical marijuana bill so that our sick citizens may have
proper access to the medicine they need (medical marijuana). Give the
sick back a little peace of mind and freedom.
