KEEPING DRUGS OUT

RE: "DRUGS hard to keep out," April 2. If drugs can't be kept out of jails 
and prisons that have iron bars, razor-wire fences, security cameras 
everywhere and full body searches, including body cavity searches, how are 
drugs supposed to be kept out of countries with thousands of miles of 
international borders and coastlines? When you find the answer, please let 
your neighbour politicians to your south know.
