In all fairness shouldn't the Supreme Court consider the eviction of Gov. Jeb Bush from his "public housing" because of his relationship to a person charged with a drug offense? Absurd, isn't it? So is this Republican-backed law and Supreme Court. If this law were applied across the socioeconomic spectrum, perhaps it would be reconsidered and thrown out as it should be, instead of gaining more support in the highest court in the land.
