W.MD. SOLONS BACK MEDICAL MARIJUANA
To the Editor:
I am glad your paper is supportive of the Medical Marijuana legislation in
Annapolis.
I draw your attention, however, to bipartisan Western Maryland sponsorship:
myself, a Republican representing District 4A from Frederick County and a
cancer survivor; Republican Delegate Louise Snodgrass from District 3,
another cancer survivor; and Democrat Delegate Sue Hecht also from the
Third District.
The Western Maryland Delegation consists of Garrett, Allegany, Washington,
Frederick and Carroll counties. From Cumberland, Frederick may seem far to
the east, but we are proud to consider ourselves Western Marylanders too!
