GRASS TAX

Pennsylvania seems to like "sin" taxes. Beer and liquor are heavily taxed.

Cigarette taxes just went up. Gambling may be expanded to increase tax 
revenues.

So, school property taxes could be reduced by legalizing and taxing 
marijuana! Tax a drug that makes people dumber to fund schools that make 
people smarter. (Ad slogan - Support a teacher, smoke a reefer!)
