COMPUTER USE MAY LEAD TO BUST

I read with interest your story of mistaken identity that found some
Cambridge residents cleaning up after police alleged they were conducting
illegal activity in their dwelling house.

I suppose my only question is to the justices who approved a search warrant
on the Cambridge dwelling of Fung Han and Shiu Ng: Does excessive
electrical consumption automatically mean that I am suspected of operating
a hydroponic cannabis grow operation?

Fortunately, since I don't live in Cambridge (and I am not of Asian
descent), I don't have much to worry about. I am, however, awaiting the
embarrassing explanation offered by my local police on the day that they
bust into my home looking for a home grow but find only large amounts of
computer equipment, along with several air conditioners.
