DECRIMINALIZE NARCOTICS
The first thing we need to do is decriminalize narcotics. This will devalue
the cash crops the Taliban and other extremists use to finance their
operations.
The second step is to remove all unilateral sanctions. This will take away
a lot of the resentments that other countries have against us.
