DO WHAT ALL THE OTHERS DO

The solution to the budgetary problems which Kate Carnell's Liberals
are having is obvious - just do what other Liberals do. In this case,
allocate the $800,000 for the injecting room to something else, then
use it for the injecting room anyway. If other jurisdictions can
direct funds away from their officially stated purposes, then why
can't the ACT?
