I am a 21-year-old black male, a senior in college. I find it utterly ridiculous that a young white woman overdosed on what she thought was X, and a "drug alert" was issued. Seventy percent of the people I grew up with are either dead or in jail because of selling or using drugs. My neighborhood is filled with crackheads and junkies. When someone black overdoses, it's not news. When drugs affect rich white folk, it's a national emergency. Brian Hardman, Morgan Park - --- MAP posted-by: Thunder
