So we are having supervised injecting rooms. Even Dr David Penington is not calling them "safe injecting rooms" any more. Rightly so. For the 2 to 5 per cent of users who do overdose, this situation is not safe at all. It just allows them to overdose, and then be revived so they can overdose again.
