DRUG SCOURGE NEEDS TOUGH TREATMENT

PROFESSOR David Penington has said that the drug problem is growing
rapidly. This is the one insight he has got right.

As air Premier Steve Bracks, he simply does not know.

What is also right is that it is time for the silent majority of Victorians
to take the decisions out of the hands of our uninspired politicians and
demand a policy of termination that will eventually see the end of the drug
curse in this state.

It it takes years, then so be it.

If it means being really tough, then so be it, but for God's sake, finish
the drug scourge.

Nothing about the drug injection rooms will reduce or terminate the
prosperous drug industry in this state. This is admitted by Prof. Penington.

Likewise, the comfort addition of subsidised meals, creche and coffee shop,
is a suggestion that belongs to professional clowns.

Just how many police do you think it would need to keep the dealers away
from that drug "honey pot", day in and day out?

Prof. Penington is leading a minority government around by the nose.
