CANNABIS REVIEW A STEP CLOSER

Parliament's health select committee is believed to have finalised terms of 
reference for a legal review of cannabis.

Chairwoman Judy Keall declined to answer questions in Parliament yesterday, 
but with the committee due to meet next week, the only outstanding matter 
is believed to be the closing date for public submissions.
