WEIRD PATTERN DEVELOPING

We live in a world where we punish people for sex, yet we allow our murder
rates to be the highest in the world. We put people in prison for drugs,
yet alcoholism kills more Americans than marijuana. We punish tobacco
companies, but not the pork industry or alcohol producers, or auto
manufacturers. We do not want to believe in the Bible, yet we believe the
propaganda printed by corrupt politicians.

Suicide is illegal, but a cop has the right to kill you when you go for
your wallet. We are guaranteed the division between church and state, yet
the Baptists can make laws concerning our right to purchase alcohol.

We drive on the right whereas the rest of the world drives on the left. Our
president turns loose terrorists who kill Americans, protests war, and then
sends your son to Bosnia. He commits adultery, and then suggests we pray
for world peace.

Does anyone see a weird pattern here, or am I the only man in America who
thinks we are heading for a huge fall?
