My dear friends and family;

Thursday and Friday of next week (13-21 March 2014), world leaders and
delegates to the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs meet in Vienna to discuss
drug policy. Let's whisper wisdom in their ear. The organization, Law
Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP), for which I serve on the the board
of directors, is sending an international delegation to the convention - -
and with them they will carry a proposed amendment to the U.N. Drug
Treaties to end the war on drugs and provide for a health-harm-reduction
and human rights-oriented convention.

PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION AND ENCOURAGE YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS AROUND
THE WORLD to sign the petition to end drug prohibition so that we can hit
the drug cartels and street gangs in the pocketbook and decimate their
$500 billion a year drug prohibition business. Let's control and regulate
drugs, end mass incarceration, stop discrimination against the poor and
minorities, reduce gang violence and addict crime, stop human rights
abuses and treat drugs as a health problem.

ASK THEM TO SIGN THE PETITION. HERE's the link.

Thanks for YOUR help!

“A red flag should go up anytime a person in a position of responsibility
utters the words ‘zero tolerance,’ because that means they do not have the
confidence to make a decision in their discipline, they do not have the
compassion to see differences between situations, and they do not have the
administrative or managerial skills to make the kind of decisions that
create a thriving institution.”
